Looks stock with the rear fender supports chopped. I did the same bought the bolt on brackets to extend the rear springs.

If you are addressing me, that is a stock 03 frame (fender struts have been removed) with 10" shocks, and the front forks have been lowered in the trees about an inch, from the other side.

Very nice. That's a lane splitter for sure. That much pullback would kill my wrists due to arthritis, but other than reducing pullback I would find that a great bike on the California freeways. My Z bars have a bit too little pullback and that's a problem too. Arthritis definitely requires a sweet spot in pullback angle.

You can't go more than 20 MPH faster than cars?

They tried to make it 10 MPH here in California (I think it was not adopted). Basically it's a common sense thing though because they can always stop you for reckless driving and going faster than conditions warrant, etc. Don't get me wrong, if conditions piss me off I will still split lanes sideways and shake them up some. But most of the time staying within 10 MPH works fine anyway.
