Default Electric Harley sub-forum(s)...?

I see the addition of a few forums in regards to the forthcoming Revolution Max engine-based Harleys, but nothing for the Livewire or a general Electric Harley sub-forum...

Just curious if this might be added, the XR750 inspired electric model might make it sort of Sportster related...?

Thanks...!

Well, I can understand that those who ride one want a forum. But I think if you add this to the XL forum...it won't be an XL forum anymore. I think some other models than XL should be accommodated under the https://www.hdforums.com/ or start their own.

I doubt it will be around long enough to warrant one anyway but yes, perhaps there are other electric motorcycle forums?

Everyone has always been welcome here.

If there isn't interest it will go away on it's own. My 2¢.

What's the use in calling this 'The Sportster and Buell Motorcycle Forum - The XLFORUM®' if other models are added?
I choose and support this forum just because of the Sportster models. I definately didn't want to go to the HD forum because here I can find all the experience of forum members and technical knowledge collected about the same motorcycle I ride. In adding other bikes there's a chance it then becomes more of a general forum like every other 'Motorcycle Forum'.

Yet there are sub-forums here for the Pan America, the Streetfighter (aka Bronx), & the Street 500/750...

None of these are XLs / Sportsters...

...and perhaps that is also the reason that they do not attract many people if you take a look at the interest in these subforums.

Personally, if I had a Low Rider, I would not go to a Road King forum and ask to add a subforum for Low Riders. That would be a little odd, don't you think? I would rather go to a general HD forum where they already have a subforums for that bike.
In case of the LiveWire there already exist two subforums: One on the hdforum and on the electricmotorcycle forum.

So to me it's completely illogical to place the bikes you suggested under this Sportster forum. Nevertheless, you can always ask the rightful owner or mods of this forum how they feel about it.

Imo, this electric contraption doesn't fit the definition a HD yet alone a Sportster and is bound to attract the tree hugger element preaching their save the planet b.s. But that's my opinion.
And why are the forums already out there not good enough?
Also it costs money to run a forum like this. I notice you don't support it by being a paid member yet you're asking for more and for something that will cost more, time and money, and for something that will die a relatively quick death and 99.9% of those here could really care less about and won't draw enough interest to support itself.
It's like if I came here asking for a sub forum for my Bonneville when there's already forums out there specifically for them. The only difference is 2 wheels vs. 4 and an HD tag. How many people here own Pontiac Bonnevilles? I'm pretty sure not enough to warrant a sub forum in an XL forum.
