Rogue choppers oil scavenger system
Hey All,
I'm not sure if I posted this already. If I did, please forgive the unintended error.
I recently purchased a Rogue Choppers Legacy sportster oil scavenger kit. It seemed like a good set up to get a really complete oil change on the sporty.
Does anyone have any experience with them?
My bike is 2001 XL883C if that matters.
My real question is:
Does the T fitting restrict the oil flow?
Any thoughts or facts are appreciated as always.
Thanks in advance brothers.

I use my return line to do my scavenge oil change. Cost 1$ for a line clamp.

No, the tee doesn't restrict anything.
The tee is installed into the return line.
Both the Rogue Chopper system and rejeanprimeau's method is here in the Sportsterpedia.

You empty the tank, reinstall the plug of the tank, unplug the return line, change your oil filter, add two quart of new oil then rev the engine until new oil come out. Replug the return line and enjoy a full scavenge oil change after topping to your favourite level.
To the nay sayer, just ask the mechanic guy who change your car oil to drop in a quart of old oil when doing your oil change.
If you don't do it correctly, you will then get scuff pistons and cylinders and wonder why, please bang you head on the wall.
WE RUN A DRY SUMP ENGINE. Learn how to service it correctly.
