Mikuni KHS-025 jet kit. Sells for anywhere between $85ish and $125ish from what I can see.
Includes 150 through 170 main jets (2 each) 22.5 through 35 pilot jets (2 each) -96, -97 and -98 needles (1 each) and 2 #60 a/p nozzles, needle clip, all necessary washers, special jet box.
The way I see it, between what I paid for it and the HSR42-11, I pretty much got the jet kit for free.

Talk about fast shipping. Got the carb today. 1 day shipping. In a sealed package from Mikuni just like he said. He didn't get confirmation on payment til too late to ship for the dealer kit but it's going out today by speedee delivery instead of priority mail so I may get it yet today. Its only 50 miles away.

Reading over the parts list and tuning instructions it looks like the 42-11 kit comes with a 25 pilot, 165 main , 97 needle with clip in the middle and #70 AP. I MIGHT need a 27.5 pilot and a 167.5 main out of that dealer kit. I'm going to pass the good price on that kit to someone that tunes the 42, 45, and 48s or eBay it.

Ok. That baby is a snug fit but she's on. It comes with a 160 main installed and a 155,165 in the box. Put the 165 in. It has a 25 pilot, 97 needle in the 3rd clip. Should be pretty close. Oh and the accelerator pump nozzle is a 70.
I might not even need any jets out of the kit coming tomorrow.
Came with thechoke spring and plunger to swap out on the stock cable too and the long idle adjustment that hangs there. Almost too long. There is a short version.

Did you clearance the cylinder fins for fitment?

It fits without any clearancing but just barely. But after looking at it last night I see I can't drop the bowl. The rear screws sit right above the very corners of the top fins of the cylinders. So I will have to do a little clearancing if I ever want to be able to drop the bowl without pulling the carb. Otherwise, it goes on but theres no rocking it up and down or side to side very much to get it in the intake seal which is a nice tight fit too. But it went in and my bracket pulls it in nice and tight with a little lube on the seal. Definately no air leaks.
Fortunately I think I'm good to go with the stock 25 pilot and 97 needle with the clip in the 3rd position. The #70 AP nozzle is good too. I can fine tune that if need be. All I changed was the 160 main to a 165 but havent really had it full throttle yet. The main can be changed easy tho with just removing the plug so I doubt I'll mess with any clearancing just to be able drop the bowl.

There also seems to be different versions of this carb/kit. This one, the 42-10/42-11 directly from mikuni comes with a 25 pilot. An SE version apparently comes with a 20. Also this one cones with the #70 accelerator pump nozzle. The SE version a 60. They both have a 97 needle but the SE version comes with the clip one notch leaner.
This one is setup near perfect for my 1250 build. I did change the main jet from a 160 to a 165. I have tuned the main yet as I haven't quite cranked the throttle wide open.
It says for 94 to present sportsters and all carbed 1200 buells.
