Exclamation sporty won't go 75 after carb rebuild

Hello, I have a 93 883 xlh Sportster I cleaned my jets replaced the needle adjusted my float the proper way, replaced air filter and now the bike has great throttle response but it is now a bit boggy, it won't even go 75 now it used to go 90 easy before carb rebuild. And ideas on how to Fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Here's the Sportsterpedia section on the CV40 carb:
Sportsterpedia - Getting Ready to Tune Your CV40 Carb

Re-open the carb and make sure the needle jet (where the needle fits into which sits atop the emulsion tube) is in the correct position - long-side up...

Make sure the slide diaphragm is not pinched or torn...

Make sure your throttle cables are adjusted properly to provide a Wide Open Throttle Plate...

Is the carb molested? (drilled slide, changed spring, etc.)
What needle did you install?
What size is the Idle Jet?
What size is the Main Jet?
What is the number of turns on the Idle Mixture Screw?

It is common to put the needle jet in upside down, as IXL2 stated.
