Default Chain conversion gearing

My 2001 883 is hooked to a fairly light sidecar. Even so, I have to ride the clutch a fair bit to get rolling smoothly. Id like to lower the gearing. All the chain conversion kits I see replace the belt assembly with sprockets that provide the same gearing. Does anyone know of a chain conversion supplier that will give me a smaller front sprocket or larger rear?

Do these conversion kits use OEM Harley stuff?

Thanks for the info.

Pbi sprockets. No kits but any sprocket you may need. Aluminium and steel 520 and 530 pitch. Just buy a front seal and spacer for a 1991 xl and the chain you need.

Initially I bought a 520 kit years ago. When it was time to replace parts I had to piece it together and go with the older seal and spacer. When it came time to replace those I went to a 530 set up. Lasts much longer. With the added weight of the side car I would go with a 530. While your in there get go ahead and replace the seal and quad ring. You may have to anyway with the older style spacer as it is a smaller diameter IIRC.
