Able to Ride with Parkinson's Disease
Looking to see if there are other riders that have Parkinson's and any ways they have developed to keep riding. Hard to accept what may come as disease progresses. Riding is only sanity check I have.

I'd say if your balance permits it keep riding , or consider a trike kit.

You'll find it hard to ride. I have "essential tremors" which has some of the same symptom's as Parkinson's. Hand tremors, balance issues and trouble walking. I've gone to a trike as I nearly dropped my bike last time I rode it (aug 2016) at slow speeds I could not balance the bike. Above 20 mph I was ok as centrifugal force from the wheels kept the bike up.
My advice is look at a trike kit for your bike or trade it in on a ready built one.
They are still fun to ride, just a bit slower on the corners. Also your insurance company may invalid your policy if not told about it.

Currently riding with cancer and Malaria.
Aint nuttin stopping me from riding.
When Im gone my niece gets my bike. It will ride on.

I would suggest riding as long as you can. I'm certain that your disease will progress to a certain point where you can't but when that point is reached you will probably won't be able to handle a trike anyway. Or a car for that matter. If riding is your passion and link to sanity, pursue it to the end. Don't let anything steal your joy. We are all traveling to that undiscovered country on that bier from which no traveler ever returns.

Thank you to all that replied, it has helped greatly. I have made plans for retiring early and spending ME time riding till I can't anymore. No apologies as I worked hard, raised a good family, and have life insurance in place. I should not have put off riding for so many years, it is what it is.
