My first bike was a 39 Knucklehead. Can't believe my Dad let me get it. I rode that thing all over South Jersey. It's a wonder I'm still alive! No mirrors on mine.

The guy in the video also seem to have no trouble with operating a foot clutch, setting pre-ignition and manual shifting. A foot clutch that is operating opposite to a car clutch (car: toes up=engage)
I'll bet it takes some time getting used to it? I think my left hand and left foot would be all over the place

When I first got mine it was delivered to the farm by the dealer. It took me about 5 laps around a hay field before I worked up enough nerve to shift out of 1st! Not long after that I was sailing all over the country side. Didn't have to worry about many people stealing it!!

Hay field training: A very wise decision!
Nowadays you have to lock these kinda bikes up and keep chasing Japanese buyers away.

My first bike in 1960 was a 1952 Harley FL. It had a hand shift and foot clutch. I was use to it in a couple of days. No problem at all.
