On the reply box menu is a little picture of a postcard. Click that and paste the bb.code link in there. You'll need a photo site like imgbb.com, imger.com, or photo bucket to do this.

Ok, thanks for that. I am a technophobe so don’t use picture hosting sites and all the other forums I use allow attachments.
Seems I shall be looking but not showing.

This isn't just any, forum bub.
This is the XLFORUM!!!

Seriously, pics are a great tool to show others what your issues are and to quickly identify certain parts of discussion (1000 words?).

They also serve to inform others with the same issues.
Especially if you take "How To" pics.

I hate the photobucket problem happened, but pics sure do help everyone here in many ways.

The 2 sites I posted in post#2 are the ones I use. They are free and work real easy with a digital camera or cellphone**. Tech is here to stay and there ain't nothin' you or I can do about. Embrace what you like and make what you don't like 'work' for you. Some of the members on this forum do the absolute best work showing how to solve problems in pictures, that it far exceeded my expectations! Try finding some of that in Hardcopy books.
The biggest hurdle I had with posting pics was getting the hang of it. Now it's second nature.

**[Never owned a cellphone]
