Wanted to order a couple of things from them last week and when I got to the website it said the server and the call center were down for the day, that was on the 11th and 6 days later it still says that. Got what I needed from Dennis Kirk instead. Makes a guy wonder

It looks like they're rebuilding their website which probably includes their whole phone system, too. Just my guess....

Truthfully I'd rather deal with Dennis Kirk anyway or even lowbrow.

The parent company MAG went through a messy bankruptcy awhile back and was acquired by vulture capitalists, maybe why the J&P site is down...

BTW Cycle Gear and Revzilla merged a few years ago so a lot of Revzilla stuff (maybe all ?) can be ordered from CG and delivered to a CG store at no cost. I'm not a big CG fan but this worked well for me, ordered some TCX boots and had them delivered to my local CG store with the understanding that I could return them on the spot if they didn't work for me...that wasn't necessary but the return process would have been very simple if need be.

Jeepers, you would think they would have waited until after Christmas.
