Default I'm coming your way

My family and I are moving to Kentucky next year and I'm wondering what I need to get in order on my bike to avoid LEO hassles. Currently have straight pipes, no signals, no horn, no high beam, no DOT helmet. In Vermont there is little to no enforcement of bike laws, so I'm not worried here about my bike not being legal, do I need to worry about that in Kentucky?
