Default No power!!! Please help

So i went to make a minor adjustment on my idle speed with idle screw while bike was running and accidentally touched the metal part of my screw drive to something metal and the bike shut off. Turned key off and back on and now i dont have the neutral light, oil light or check engine light displayed when turning key on. Also do not hear fuel pump kick on either. Ive replaced main circuit (30amp) under seat above battery.

You won’t have a fuel pump with a carb. Sounds like you need a service manual and the troubleshooting guide.
Are there fuses on a ‘99??

Thought something didnt sound right while i was typing the post initially iron mike. But yes im trying to diagnose it but im At a hault. I have checked all fuses and cant find diagram of engine components so i can see actually what Part it is that i touched the screwdriver to.

There may be other fuses on that '99. I'm not so familiar with the Buell chassis, but I am running two of those throttle bodies on an Ironhead. I would not think there is much power in the area you were adjusting other than the Throttle Pos sensor. Try to google where all the fuses are located until you get your hands on a manual. i did a quick search and says there is a main fuse near the battery. Perhaps that is the one you changed. There is probably more than one.
Googling wire diagram may yeild some info as well.

Did you short against the battery, otherwise touching the carb with a screwdriver would make no difference ?
