I lost a lot of weight a couple of years ago, I found that when you go from a double wide to a single wide, the deck looks bigger!

He speaks da Truth.

I am currently doing P90X, have a little over a month left. Will post results when I get a chance.

Lost a crap ton of weight about 5 years ago, doing Weight Watchers. Before they changed their system every year. It worked, back then...but looking back at pictures, I was flat out skinny. I went from 190 to 139. Didn't really look fit. I gained about 10 to 15 lbs back since then. Now at 155. I haven't lost a single pound since doing p90x, but there is a huge different in my before and after pics thus far. Not to mention my pants fit better.

As I have had too much sugar in my blood for the last 20 years (bad eating habbits + boozing a lot), I really was a borderline subject to diabetis.

As I either wanted to get my truck driving licence back, with its highly needed 5 yearly medical controle being OK, the doc told me the best way to get all the gauges back to normal was to loose weight, 10 % would be good and more would be perfect.

I weighted almost 190 pounds for my 5'7" height, I lost for now for about 22 pounds, still going down.

Went back to the doc, after six months diet, all the parameters are good, sugar went below the borderline, still have a problem with my LDL, could be the kidneys having a problem.

My eating habbits haven't changed a lot, it's just the quantity of food I had to learn to manage, which I did. The two first months were horrendous, until the stomach lessens in size, and it was then a piece of cake to loose more weight.

I also did quit beer drinking, I limited myself to a glass of tasty Bordeaux red wine at each evening meal, and feeling good!

Even adult bodybuilders and other athletes must be careful when choosing any medication. Drugs for muscle growth or weight loss, among others. But if you are sure for a number of reasons that you need it, then choose a good and quality product. I buy muscle mass medication at this anabolic store. I trust them. But I advise you, before you buy and start a course of any drugs, to think carefully about the pros and cons.

Diet. WORK!
Not drinking helps me. Alcohol shuts my metabolism down, among other things

We look for shortcuts to everything. Taking care of these old bones is kind of really important to me
It's cool though, I ate a half apple pie last night before bed, and eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's 'most every day

I'm 63 years old and don't want to grow old physically.

I use a trainer to MAKE me work in the gym. Highly recommend that route.
