XB12XT converted to 1250 with XR1200 heads
Here's some photos and specs of my Buell XB12XT engine with XR1200 heads.
- XR 1200 heads with Hammer Performance CRUSH head porting and hardware
- Throttle body ported by Hammer Performance + MAP sensor added
- Baro sensor added
- 1250 big fin cylinder kit and 30 degrees CP reverse dome pistons
- S&S roller rockers
- -.050 Sledge Hammer pushrods
- Jims Power Glide II lifters
- Red Shift 605/591 cams on original cores
- Front and read Innovate wide band o2 sensors and gauge
- Baro and MAP sensors from Buell 1125R
- Micron Serpent exhaust with front o2 sensor bung welded on
- K&N air filter and rerouted breathers
- Cometic XR1200 head gaskets .030" and .020" base gaskets, James one piece metal rockerbox gaskets
- Cylinder heads oil gallery connected to return line via custom made oil cooler
- Xopti fuel map

Maybe just my f up eyes but... I don't like that bent I see in the exhaust headers?

It's called "Serpent" headpipe shape that reduce the energy losses and improve scavenge wave action.
