there are a few ways you can reduce the fluctuations or needle swings of a pressure gauge.
there are the adjustable types (we used a ton of them on compressor units) and the external types and internal types. all they do is restrict the h/l swings so the gauge will see a almost steady state pressure so the needle does not swing.
