Mine came with a butterfly Keihin. If you really want the #'s I'll get them for you in the morning.

Like 99.9% of '79 owners I replaced my siamesed pipes with drags the day after I bought it. Luckily my dad had space in the rafters so I fished them out and reinstalled 30 years later.

Smerch, now that looks cool .... this is exactly the color of the one I am restoring ...... yours must be the XLCH as I see the kick start ...... you had a wise old man for stashing the pipes ..... I am afraid that when I do find a set, the price will be more than I want to pay .... yes, I would really like it if you could read the numbers of your butterfly Keihin ..... anytime is fine .... I am still a year away from finishing this project ..... the frame has been cleaned and black powder coated ...... a friend master mechanic from the seventies and eighties is doing the motor and primary/tranny ..... I am doing all the other stuff ...... thanks for posting the picture ......... this gives me added motivation ......
