Default Air cleaners hard to find!

Looks like just a couple companies are making air cleaners for the Buells now days. Not spending almost $300 for a forcewinder, not huge fan of the "Eco-wonder" but may be an option....no used ones on eBay to speak of! I want the 90 elbow to filter. Does anyone know if the sportster cleaners will bolt up? I do have fuel injection so that's another tricky part but I guess I seen some people just stuffing there sensors in the filter on there homemade setups. I just don't have the skills and welder to fab up my own. Will gladly purchase a used one on here if anyone has something up for grabs. I have to get rid of this bulky air box and show off the beautiful beast!

The issue is they need to stick out far enough to clear the frame rails.

The elbow type air cleaner is readily available and from multiple sources. The original version, the "Forcewinder", is still offered as well. But check with me on the bowl vent if you're putting it onto a bike with a CV carb. http://www.useforce.com/buell-1/

We make air cleaners specifically for Buells as well. We make them both naked style and with carbon fiber ham can covers. I've been making these since 2003 and have sold them under three different brand names. With the recent closing of American Sport Bike, they're now only available from us at HAMMER PERFORMANCE. The difference between these and the ones we make for XL's is that these stick out farther to clear the frame rails.

I feel your pain Zx6rman96.

I have one of the Forcewinders on my S3 and while I like the performance of it, I think it looks ugly on my Buell. I also have one on my sportster and would like something that flows more air as well since I am upgrading my carb.

Is there something that flows a lot of air and still allows the beauty of the engine to show through?
