Default Run up on the bench

As some of you may have read, my 04 883 with Hammer 1275 kit just xxxxed it's luck within 2000 miles...seized and is now stuck in a Peugeot garage 300 miles and a ferry trip across the water in France...seized.

I can get a 2005 883, complete lump with 6000 miles on it for £1500,

So going to go for that.
Put the bike back to factory...pipes, air cleaner etc

Sick of all this prattling with them ..

So in case I rebuild the 1275, what is the minimum I need to get it running on the bench...

Coil , and ecm...but what about stuff like a clock and TSM MODULE ETC...Can the ecm / TC88A be got to run the ignition? Or is it going to need all the other shit ?

Dynatek TC88 will work on the bench. Ya just need a battery, fuel, ignition coil and toggle switch for Power On/Off. Would be advisable to put in an engine stand. Got a TC88 in my Wife's 04 1200 Custom. It uses only the basics to run.

Yes,
Daytona TC88A works too

Just leave out pins 2,10,12 unless you want diagnostic plug to work. Which would be handy to view rpm/map/advance on the PC

I think he meant Daytona Twintec TC88A. Dynatek doesn't have a TC88 anything.
