Yeah, I don't get it. I had purchase the PN 592-03-04BK and PN 593-03-04BK recently and they definitely wouldn't work with a true 12 mm bolt...

I'm really hoping the 592-03-M12 fits when it arrives, or I'm quickly running out of options.

Next time in the US measure a 2"X4". You may be surprised at the measurements.

Just to follow-up... I can definitely confirm that PN 592-03-M12CH fits the (true) 12 mm banjo bolt the XR1200 and XL Dual brake setups have.

Why does the MOCO keep changing these so called standards. It use to be simple. 1/2" used a 10 mm banjo. A 5/8" used a 12mm banjo.

The problem is what do you call a 12 mm? Every other bike besides a Sportster that uses a "12 mm" is actually a 7/16" (or 11.2 mm). The Sportster uses a TRUE 12 mm bolt on it's dual caliper setups (and has since 2004 from what I understand). That's what the issue is. The point is that you need to be very careful when you buy aftermarket parts that say they are 12 mm...make sure 12 mm actually means 12 mm.
