Default 05 misfireing an wont idle

im trying to get an 05 sporty 883 running smooth again. It was running fine an had a carb adjust problem we got help from you guys on here. So we put in a s+s super e carb and a new ignitoin module and coil. Bike was running and sounding great until the last few days were rain. Now the bike is popping an misfiring. We also noticed that only the front cyl in warming up. I replaces the plugs and wires an still doin the same thing. any help is like always much appreciated. and if there is any other info needed let me no thanks again fellas

Have you checked for trouble codes? Could be the Crank Position Sensor.

+1 good first steps, just bear in mind a partially failed crank sensor won't always throw a code. Also check your battery connections and grounds... take them off, clean and replace securely after checking them for breakage.

Rain and spark plug covers don't mix. I forget the official Harley name for them but they bolt up and go over the plugs., Any water and they short the spark to ground.
