Ready to kick the bike off the stand...
I have two mag wheels, decided to swap on my 2006. One came off an 09 sporty and the other a dyna, pre 99 or something, 3/4 axle. So I had Harley put in a bearing in the aftermarket wheel to fit which I thought would be the struggle of it all, but nope that went fine and the wheel fits, now the dyna wheel which was suppose to be cake, turned out to be a bitch so far, I had a new 3/4 bearing done and packed. Got home and realized that the rotor wouldn't work so I got a dyna rotor for the wheel and went home, the axle seemed to go in like butter but the spacing was waaay off even with the factory spacers in there. It used to have laced wheels so the hub is wider, but I thought the dyna wheel was the same as the sportster mag for so many years, I guess different hub sizes, anyways. Im in it for a few bucks with labour and parts and now this, the rotor is still new so I could return it and be out a little less then before, sell the dyna wheel and just buy a sporty matching wheel or get custom made spacrers or shim's...Thats what my more experienced friends are saying. I leaning on getting a sporty wheel. Whats my options here.....

Well pics would help some, but sounds like different spacers are needed if everything else look Kosher.

Any machinist can make you spacers for twenty or thirty bucks...
