A Twinkie, sure, but it's so much bigger than the HPI XL piece that it makes you wonder.

The manifold's interior is nicely done, in terms of it's shape and surface finish. None of the casting flash and other flow-killing flaws that you see in so many castings. Almost a bead blast finish, too, which works well. 99% of flow has to do with shape and size and casting issues, though, surface finish is in the noise by comparison. It's not badly shaped and it has no casting flaws.

The manifold is an odd piece to hold and look at. I mean, the inlet is just enormous compared to the rest of the piece. This picture gives you a sense of that. It has this sewer-pipe sized inlet.

The outlets, however, are a different story. Very, very close to the dimensions of the stock manifold, only a little bigger. The o.d. of the outlet is stock, too, so there's not a lot of room to enlarge it. And the injector boss is really not well done, it presents much more obstruction than it needs to.
Aaron,
are you planning to work on FI manifold ? Im kicking around the idea of converting over to Fuel injection with Micro squirt and in the middle of figuring out what TB and manifold I want to use.

No Bout aDoubt it.
When the idea presents itself, in due time, and can be elegantly machined, Hammer will produce the efi throttle body.

What is the P/N for this kit?
Is it still available???
I wonder if that manifold would fit 2004 heads with old manifold flanges (not 07+ type)

That does not matter, I can make it fit.
I'm concerned about the screws.
