Default C&C Solo seat on 2017 XL1200C problem.

I just got a C & C Solo Seat for my 2017 XL1200C.
I've put a couple hundred miles on it.
The seat itself seems well made.
Hard, like Corbins.
It looks good on the bike.

(If anyone is interested, I'll give a more detailed comparison between this seat, a Sundowner Solo and stock seat .... I've ridden on all 3. )

But there is one problem.
With the seat installed, the dipstick can only be removed with great difficulty, and maybe (one out of 4 times so far), with a lot of pushing and shoving and aggravation, AKA cussing a blue streak , put back in correctly.
Considering that the stick must be taken out and put back in twice to check the oil, it is a pretty significant design flaw IMO.

Anyone else run into this problem?
