It's been a while, and for that I apologize.
Buuut, to answer your questions. I don't know exactly how fast it was, because my gearing was different and my speedo was reading way low. When the speedo said 85 I was about maxed out and a hell of a lot faster than traffic, I'll say that
But anyways, a bit over a week ago the transmission got stuck in 1st gear, with the shifter fork somehow seized onto the shift drum.
Therefore I split the cases, found a very spun wrist pin bushing, and some mild but unsightly scoring of the cylinder walls.
I decided the wise decision is to send the cases to hammer performance, get them bored for a 45ci cylinder, get some headwork, new cams, etc...
Handed the cases off to Hammer this morning! I'll let you guys know when my stuff starts getting done
