yes I had my handlebars changed so all the controls were rewired, as well I replaced my stator

I would have to double check but I believe my is US made my VIN starts with 1HD
|

Did you make any wiring changes at the TSM (Under the Battery)?
After checking the Neutral Switch wiring, I would certainly pull the battery & make sure the connector to the TSM is clean & then fully re-seated.

I would think this points to a possible neutral safety switch issue.
