Default 2012 Superlow 883 settingfront Sag,need spacer Diameter info.

Can anyone tell me the "outside diameter" measurement of the PVC spacer for the Superlow 883 39mm Forks,i'm not sure i'm asking this correctly, maybe it's just simpler to ask what diameter PVC Pipe,do i need for a fork tube suspension spacer.
You can probably tell i don't know how to ask this, but hopefully someone will get what i'm babbling on about.
Cheers.
