Default 66 XLCH Tank Decal correct?

Can anyone confirm whether an orange & black, Bar-N-Shield tank decal was factory offered in 1966? I have only seen one other 66 pictured with this style decal. I appreciate the input.

I have never seen that decal on a factory bike or any reference to it in parts manuals or order forms. My original paint 1966 XLCH has the standard 1966-68 decal, as it came from the factory:

But I have seen aftermarket decals like yours for sale in two different lengths. 6-1/4 and 7-1/4. Which is correct?

the picture i have for 68 model had the metal badge but also had a paint scheme sorta like the one shown in the thread. gotta love the ole pastel colors, back when paint was paint.
