Default I wish I could find a helmet I like

I have full face helmet I wear for road trips. I have a cheap ass DOT half lid I bought for $20 just to get me going. I want a quality 3/4 helmet that doesn't make me look like an idiot on my sporty. I do believe in wearing a helmet.

I have tried the Bell Scout Air helmets. The one in my avatar looks good in a large, but it was too tight, I sent it back. The Custom 500 large made me look like the martian in Bugs Bunny. No freaking way I'm wearing that.

What to do? I just want a helmet to fit my large squash that doesn't look like a mushroom, but is DOT safe, and under $200.

With no writing on it. I hate that

This is the Bell Broozer, it's light weight, the chinbar is removable, and it has a very good field of vision. It comes with both smoked and clear visors. (It's my run around town helmet)

This is the Bell Revolver, modular(lift up chinbar), under 4lbs, flip down internal smoke visor. ( I use it for long distance and rainy weather)

If you purchase a Helmet thru Dennis Kirk or J&P Cycles, they have a no problem return policy with shipping on their dime.

I have a GMax OF77. It's a light weight, DOT, 3/4 helmet, with a removable chin bar, a removable full face clear shield & a flip down, internal, tinted shield. In 3/4 mode, it looks like a pilot's helmet, with the tinted shield down. It doesn't look too "mushroomy" to me, but I only use it for rain, or when I travel to a state that requires a helmet. About $100. Solid colors.
