Default Powervision autotune questions

I'm just having a fit trying to use the auto tune feature on the Powervision for my 2008 XL883C/1200 conversion. Every time I run autotune, export, then flash- my sporty runs worse.

Here's what I have my autotune settings at-

Min Hit Count 5 ticks
Min VE Learn 0.01 percent
Max VE Learn 15.00 percent
Min Spark Learn 1.00 degrees
Max Spark Learn 0.00 degrees
Min WB Lambda 0.68 lambda
Max WB Lambda 1.22 lambda
Min Engine Temp 250°F
Max Engine Temp 410°F
Min RPM 1000 RPM
Max RPM 7000 RPM
Min MAP 20 KPA
Max MAP 120 KPA

It seems like the max spark learn should be higher than zero, but that is the recommended value by dynojet? With pipes and a intake kit, should I change it? I'm also confused as to if I should Cap or Scale, as it's an 883 with a 1200 kit?

I tried the original Fuel Moto tune they sent, and a 2nd tune they sent later but neither ran as well as my original tune. They in fact made it run much worse.

At this point I just don't know what I'm doing and any help would be appreciated.

Two comments for you:
  1. Auto tune doesn't adjust the spark advance, so whatever you have for spark learn limits is irrelevant.
  2. One thing that sends auto tune out into the weeds is inverted front and rear injector connectors. In other words, if the the front connector is on the rear injector, and vice-versa, then every time you run an auto tune session and flash the result, the bike will run worse.

Are the injectors and/or connectors marked in any way that I could tell that they're inverted?

You can check the injector wire colors on the wiring diagram-

2008 WIRING DIAGRAMS

Looks like the front injector uses wire colors White/yellow stripe.
Looks like the rear injector uses wire colors Green/grey stripe.

The second wire on both uses wire colors Yellow/ Green stripe.

What tune did you start with for the 1200 conversion?
Did you get a "Cap or Scale" message when exporting the learned values?

DynoJet suggests a MIN temp of 280F, Harley suggests 320F for the super tuner, I usually use 300F.

Amazingly, the tags were still there! The injectors were inverted.
Downloaded the tune from Dynojet, had some mild decel popping.
Ran autotune, which cleaned it up quite a bit. Another session or 2 and it'll be running just right I think. It did run pretty hot though, 397F when it's usually 322F?

Problem is, while I was on the freeway I noticed a constant hush-hush-hush-hush sound that worsened when I got off. While investigating I found an oil bag hose with a loose clamp & a slight leak. I replaced the clamp.

I took a piece of paper and held it up near all the exhaust connections, it was flapping around like mad where it connects to the rear cylinder head. It was leaking pretty bad, blowing hot exhaust onto the oil bag. I think that's why it was running hotter than usual? Looks like I need new exhaust and crossover gaskets.
