Mine's ready and waiting in attached unheated garage. Don't need no trickle charge. 45+ degrees and dry is riding weather. I may miss a couple of weeks at a time, but not enough to worry about the battery. Still, I do have both a heater and fan out there as needed.

Great thing about where I live is that you dont have to store the bike. Change riding clothes yes, but you can ride all year. Weather is pretty mild (no snow, ice, etc...)

Mine stays in an unheated but well insulated garage. I really don't store it though as I ride year around unless there is snow and ice on the road.

All three M/C's in unheated, well insulated attached garage.

Mikuni 42, .551, Doherty AC, Golan 5/16" FV, TC88a, Spark plugs indexed, Air caps on forks, Modified SE mufflers, 4.5gal tank, Rear (red) turn signals are also running/brake lights, Laydown license plate, Fork brace, Sundowner seat, LED rear turn signal stalks, Headlight and front turn signals moved to lower tree, Whittlebeast hybrid rear shock mod, Instruments moved to original headlight mount.
