Yes, I blip on downshifts only but ever so gently, just enough to make the shift lever move on its own with a few ounces of pressure from my toe. I pride myself on smooth shifts up and down. I've been doing this since the 60's on all of my bikes.

Not me, ima speed shifting. But I'm use to rpm matching constantly in the big truck where I never use the clutch at all.
