2005 roadster ecm P/N 32622-04C

My speedometer died and the only thing I didn’t have a spare of is the ECM. So swapped the speedometer and the VSS and still a dark speedo.
Ronnie’s says part number is 32622-04C.
I don’t use the stock ECM to monitor my engine so bike starts and runs fine. Just to easy to get pulled over for speeding on this scooter without a working speedometer.

I have the ICM of my 05 custom for sale. Includes the SE Race Ignition Tuner that's married to it. You get a good used ICM with the added benefit of being able to tune the ignition's spark timing tables for better performance and bump up the rev limiter.

I’ll take the icm but don’t really need the screaming eagle bits. My build uses a nose-cone Daytona twin-tec 1005 ignition. I only need the icm for the speedometer.

Not trying to jack a sale, but I've got a SE ICM for an 04/05 1200 (fixed map, standalone module) that I used for about 200 miles I have no use for if you do need it. I think the map is for a cam setup that was never really specified, so it runs weird without whatever the intended SE cams are. Likely perfect for you just chasing an ICM that will talk to the speedo, but it's the reason I own a TC88A now.

Paired it to my bike when I got it, but that thing will pair with anything if you do some weird little pairing process after hooking it up.

My local Indy has a whole box full of those SE modules he bought online brand new for $5 apiece.
They're street legal and limited in timing adjustments. Not that he would use it for that.
But the bigger issue is it can only be used with the bike it was initialized with. Hence the initialization process required to make it work.
