Show me a slip in baffle that doesn't reduce to about 1 inch for an 1 3/4 pipe.

The best you can do on any V-twin is a 2 into one, ironhead, evo, Honda, makes no difference. and if you want it quieter, put a free flowing muffler after the merge. Use something like a Muzzy or V&H for a sport bike.

I put a set of Khrome Werks HP-Plus Drag Pipe Baffles in the pipes and measured 97dB at idle. That is not too bad from 104 dB before.

Probably will make it for now, but in January the NH law changes to 92 dB. I am guessing that between now and then I will need to look for some newer Sportster take-offs.
