Default Riding with a Pacemaker.

I have had a bit of a week,......
After a 4th heart attack,I've had a pacemaker fitted.A bit tired and sore at the moment, but every day I feel a little better.
Gonna be out of action for a while, but I keep looking at my bike,...am I mad for even considering riding it again?

Get well dude and keep looking towards that ride! It's the incentive you need.

When I get too old for two, gonna try one of them Can Am's.

Yes,...from the op to fit the pacemaker.Mine is the new three wire version and the surgeon had a bit of a job to feed the wires into the correct position. So lots of pushing and pulling.
The bruising is coming out now and my shoulder/left arm is black and blue.

Have to say tho,...a week on after the pacemaker being fitted,I feel pretty good.I dont get so short of breath now and seem to have a little more energy.
Just got to wait a little longer before I can ride again.I cant do much with my left arm just yet as I might dislodge the wires.Got some gentle exercises to do while it all settles down.

Christ, i only just got a stent...4 infractions and a open chest surgery is disconcerting to say the least.
Damn good to see you are feeling good. I have a huge tolerance to pain, and the pain was indescribable, you are my new hero.
