Hi guys, Thanks for sharing in my excitement! As it so happens, I did just pick up my finished tins.
And I'm super excited about the colour It's just gorgeous with so much depth and gloss. I can't wait to see it on the bike. Then to add just a few more brass touches as highlights. The checkers worked out much more subtle than I'd anticipated; you really can't see them until you move around the bike in the sunlight, then they pop out. Almost like you are imagining them and when you look again they've disappeared. Magic!

Unfortunately though, I'm back "on the road" again, so she won't get dressed up in her new tins till next week. But in the interim here are the pics Hans took for me...

Thanks guys!
And Ed, I saw the red bobber from France in my feed on Sunday and was very excited by how nice it looked. Though I wouldn't have the patience to re-route and tuck away all the wiring and fuses to be able to do away with the side covers. Do love the Thruxton inverted forks with duals that they added into the mix. Lots of custom work and parts needed for that swap out though, and I've got to think that they've taken so much travel out of the forks that a lot of the "nice performance" ride advantages they have at home on the Thruxton would be diminished on the lower bobber. Aesthetically beautiful to my eye though; nicest I've seen so far.

I've been "waiting room surfing" today and have found that Free Spirits have a newly released 4 pot brembo and 340mm full floating rotor in a kit that has me excited. Not as symmetrical as duals, but I'm hoping this kit might improve my brake feel without the dual stock brakes investment.

Looks good Trace. I fitted a full floating rotor to my old BMW, its only got 1 disc and 2 piston caliper. Made a big difference to the brakes.
