Default frame links are kaput

Heya guys!

for some reason the motor-to-frame links on my 2017 roadster are bad. I took the upper one out and one of the 'eyes' is a bit loose inside the housing!

the bottom one is not as bad, but I can turn it by hand a bit... probably bad too.

guess this is the source of the nasty noise I hear when going over imperfections in the road, etc.

wtf gives? my old 2008 still has the links in perfect shape! guess mo-co changed suppliers for the worse over the years.

does anyone know a better replacement? don't want to buy new ones on HD and have them break again....

cheers

Unless you have some other mount failure causing them to take the brunt of the work, i'd say you have just been unlucky. It's a rare thing to hear of these going often so i would say replace with genuine.

Hell! $38 each according to Ronnies. Probably about €50 each here.
If you do find another supplier, let us know.
Best of luck.
