Default H-D Dry Bags for Sissy Bars

Stumbled on these “new arrivals” at the H-D website this morning (10/07/2019). Having recently discovered the joys of airbnb travel, the dry bag looks like just what I need.

Both bags have a listed capacity of 2000 cu. in., 32.77L.
The Dry Bag is 19” tall & 11.5” diam. (1973 cu. in)
The Large Sissy Bar Bag is 20”Hx14”Wx7”D (1960 cu. in.)

The tech sheet for the bags says: When installed on a passenger pillion, do not exceed 9 kg (20 lb) for Dry Bag and 11.3 kg (25 lb) Sissybar Bag. Not sure why a seat that can hold a person has such low weight limits when it’s holding a bag.
