Default Clutch suddenly slipping.

Been riding my 2004 1200 all summer with no issues until a few weeks ago I leave work when my bike feels a little off. Back in 2016 I installed an extra plate clutch kit from Barnett. Now my clutch is definitely slipping as I feel I need to upshift sooner due to the RPMs. I've adjusted my clutch and lever by the book a few times now too. Primary chain is set at 1/2" cold slack as well.

Can 3 year old Barnett clutch plates wear out that quick? I've never been able to find neutral at a dead stop, should I be looking at something else?

Also I've had a long time front head gasket leak that will drop my oil pressure if at idle for a long time. Don't think that would have anything to do with the sensation of a loss of power yet?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Oh never heard of that, could be. I was thinking of changing the oil to synthetic at some point though.

Not much to follow up here I guess. I put in new spark plugs and put my forward controls back on and everything seems to feel better now. LOL

Don't they recommend no synthetic either?

Yeah Ive read that too. So much conflicting advice on that. That's why I'll be putting in some BelRay sportster specific fluid.
