I just rode 140 miles on Sunday. First I rode about 20 miles, and topped it off. I know there were about 30 miles of interstate at 75-80mph, probably 5-10 miles of parks and small city riding ~10 mph avg, and the rest about 85 miles of 55-60 mph. Monday I topped off my tank again 2.4 gallons with an odometer reading of 124 miles... 51.66 mpg. I know last summer I've been right around this number for similar mostly highway (55-65) trips. This is with a 2006 1200 with a Ram Flo a/c and V&H short shot staggered's. I should also mention, this is no passenger and I'm only about 150 lbs.

Dunno how to do the conversion but I use between 4.5 - 5 litres per 100 km.

100 km is 62 miles

There is .946 litre in one quart.

If I don't get on the throttle too heavy I can average 48 MPG with my 1200 low.

On the average I get around 47-50 mpg. I could make it about 150 miles on a full tank, but I usually start looking for gas stations when I get close to 140. I only had to switch to reserve once and I think I was at 158 or so.
