I prefer the ham can! Besides, if it ever gets dented, I can easily pick up another at the local grocery store.

I may, I might...but, I have other things that will get changed/upgraded first.

It would, of course, mean I'd have to change my Avitar...

Totally agree... Ham can all the way! It's one of the stand-outs that says "It's a Sporty"
If SE wants to F up their kit, let them... We now have the far superior HurricaneFlow A/C.

I just like the way the round cover 'frames' the motor visually. I have three round covers...just waiting on Arlen Ness to learn how to get something manufactured...

For now i'm going to stick with the SE, and keep hammerin on K&N to start making replacement filters. I have a hard time just p*ssin away the $110.00 for the SE.
If that does not work out by next year, prolly go with the Hurricane.
[maybe along with the conversion]

Default dragtron 2

drag specialties makes a pretty good round air cleaner . You can also use a K&N in it .

I like the way the round cover shows more engine and the fact you can use a decent filter (K&N). I'm waiting for the Ness Big Sucker. I bought a round cover off Ebay and waiting for Arlen to get his crap together. I have the SE AC now and I really regret spending the $$ on it.
