Desert Shield
Desert Storm

Glad to be retired...spent more time in the middle east than I'd care to admit...

God Bless and Salute to those still hitting the grind...

SEAL Team 1, 1968-1972, 2 tours Nam', obviously "Live Hard Die Young" didn't work for me. And anyone who was in the service also signed the same piece of paper offering up to and including your life for your country, so Hooyah for all of you Vet's !!!

U.S.Air Force 1972 - 1976. Road a lot of rental Yamaha street/trail combos while in Texas in 1972. Imagine riding a 250 dirt bike from West Texas to Oklahoma City frequently. Got the first HD XLH after getting out of the service.

USAF '81-'07.
Comm/Nav (328X0 but Comm and Nav did each others jobs) - Broncos at Sembach AB, West Germany and Phantoms at Moody.
Crosstrained to escape Moody, volunteered worldwide so they naturally sent me to Shaw.
Engine troop later Rivet Workforced into crew chief on F-16s at Shaw, Pope, Shaw, Kunsan and Shaw. (I like Shaw. SC is a good place to be a biker.

Did Shield, Storm, Southern and Northern Watch.

Enjoyed almost all of it and would gleefully do again though I wouldn't spend E-1 through E-4 getting drunk. Not feeling a recession since before I enlisted is nice too.
