Caught a bait car riding home today. You probably have another name for them. I’ve also heard them being called other names like rabbits or sacrificial lambs. Whatever you call them they are gifts from the road gods. Not sure what I’m rambling on about? They are those guys in cars that come speeding past you out on the highway. You latch on to them but from a distance of about 100 metres knowing if there’s a highway patrol car out today the bait car is going to catch the speeding ticket and you will have time to react. Sometimes Mr. Baitcar doesn’t like the fact you are using him as bait and will try to lose you, but this only makes it more fun and your trip home quicker . Thanks for that Mr Bait.

Bedford weir CQ today.

Usually tag them as “rabbits” over here, and yes they make the roadwork much more enjoyable!
