Default 2008 XL1200C Wires in Riser relocation

Hello,

I will be doing a bunch of mods on my newly acquired 2008 Custom and I have been reading about the different options for swapping out the risers and have found out that there is a bunch of wires tucked away in the ugly factory riser. What is the solution to relocate these wires? Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
