Default 2002 M2 crank

Is the 2002 Buell Cyclone presed crank rebuildable as I can't find a crankpin for sale anywhere?

All 2000+ cranks, including the 2002 M2 are pressed. HD does not consider it serviceable and does not supply parts for it. There are a handful of companies that can rebuild them however. I recommend Dark Horse: http://www.darkhorsecrankworks.com/

Also consider upgrading to the 2008+ XB/XR crank:

This crank is far better right out of the box than your crank ever will be. It's got a big crankpin to make big end failures a thing of the past and also reduce spread. The rods are at least as strong as Carrillo's. And the big sprocket shaft will never twist off the way the stock small ones sometimes do. Read here for more info on upgrading to this crank. We've done about 60 of these conversions since we first developed the service a few years ago and they work great.

Thanks for the reply Aaron, it's certainly given me a lot to think about. I like the idea of the XB/XR conversion but it's a bit out of my reach at the moment, also as I live in Ireland there's shipping to consider, but thanks anyway.
