Love strawberry, but my favorite at the Inside Scoop is chocolate chip cookie dough. I doubt any of the three generations that run this family business know my name, but several know my favorite flavor!

Since we have taken your thread sideways (blame Paul), I have a sad story to share.
Rode up to Corn Creek Springs, then up to Mt Charleston. Enjoyed wild horses on Lee Meadows, the twisties on Deer Creek Road (zero traffic) and not too hot coming down from 8,500 feet to 2,200 feet. Skipped breakfast, since rain was forecast in the Spring Mountains beginning 11 AM. So, I headed for Marie Callendars for pie after a 90 mile ride. I was there at ~9 AM and their sign indicated new hours, open at 11 AM. Ice cream lovers should also appreciate pie deprivation.

I have never had her pies - I understand that was the start of the business...
I love the frozen dinners - especially the Sweet & Sour Chicken and the Country Fried Chicken (patty) with Gravy...

I like strawberry ice cream because most times it is LESS SWEET than chocolate. I have a sweet tooth, but it can be overwhelmed quickly by TOO SWEET of any flavor.

As I mentioned in my ride reports, I stopped at Wendy's this summer & have really enjoyed their (temporary) Strawberry shakes. Unlike Burger King, which often overdoes the syrup they use, the Wendy's version was just right for my palate.

Now I'm getting hungry....

Wow, as I am a huge ice cream as well as pie fan I think I know what dinner will be now! Hey, you’ve heard of “breakfast for dinner”, well how about “desert for dinner”? Got a nice ring to it!

Each year on my birthday, I go to an olde fashioned Ice Cream Parlor and get a special sundae. It consists of sliced banana wheels with strawberry ice cream with hot fudge and hot marshmallow toppings. No nuts and definitely NO cherry (I hate maraschino cherries). It's a heavenly treat and I'll be eating one next week!

That's actually a common problem. You always have to push the throttle/brake assembly all the way in then pull it back a bit before tightening. It closes up when you drop the bike on that side sometimes and if you run with the screws not totally tight (a good idea for dirt bikes especially) it can move in without you realizing it.

If you leave the screws a bit looser than super tight, the lever can pivot around the bar when you drop it and save you replacing the lever. A necessity for dirt bikes. Unless you have deep pockets and a box full of new levers.

A spring from the air filter to the throttle can help an old weakened torsion spring do its job. Be careful out there, if your cables catching it might be on its way out (not a huge deal on the clutch, but when you yank the hardest us probably when you need the throttle most)

Sounds like you solved your problem, but I thought it worth mentioning just in case
