Let's see how to make it easier...
Website or instructions that came with your unit, have you read them?
Sometimes, the first step is the most difficult.

i have not purchased the unit yet.
but im pretty set on buying that tuner, and not some other tuner.
i got pipes and an air cleaner.
cant install them till i tune.
probably gonna install them over the winter, tune in the spring.

it just seems way more complicated than i was expecting?
perhaps its not.

See www.HowEFIworks.com There is a link there to my youtube channel. Lots of stuff on my channel applies to Harley. You are just dealing with very limited tuning options by comparison to a typical stand alone.

Have fun tuning. Andy

ET > 300
MAP > 15 or MAP over 20
And use the Acel rich and Decel Enl to remove records with Accel enrichment and Decel Enleanment active.

I have been updating my tune with the VE New Values using my log files for about a month of riding, combined into one large file.
(I also have MegaLog Viewer round the VE value to the nearest whole number)

With your log file- here is what I see in my table for your bike-
(I did remove all Excel rows that had Blanks in them)

VE New Front-

VE New Rear -

I would normally only update the cells where the hit count is over 50 or so, the cells in the picture that are Green, to dark yellow. Maybe the medium yellow shade too. (similar to the Cell hit count when the PV runs AutoTune)
In your case I would update the 5 to ~20/25 TP columns because your Air Fuel Table is in open loop at 0 and 2% throttle.
Your 1000 RPM at 0% throttle would be in closed loop and could be changed as the MAP at idle will around 35 kpa which is in the closed loop range.
A little MegaLogViewer info:

In the screen shots above with the Table set to match the VE Table from my 2013 Sportster tune,

If I open a log file and look at say 10 percent throttle and 3000 rpm (with no data filters) The TPS values in the cell vary from 5 to 14% the RPM values vary from 2500 to 3499 so you do get some overlap in the displayed data.

I created a set of data filters that limit the TPS to the column value (0,2,5,10,15 etc) to limit the data to just the actual TPS positions.
I also made data filters that limited the RPM range to the row value +- 50 rpm.
For 3000 RPMs I limit the data to 2950 to 3050 rpms.

That seems to help smooth out my tune.

For 1000 rpm and 0 percent TPS I also set the MAP value to be between 30 and 40. (that is about the range I see at idle with my stock bike, may need a different range with different cams etc.)
That seems to have helped my idle VE values.

I do copy my logs into a monthly log files I usually have over 20 mb of excel file to look at. Copying multiple months into one file I hit the excel ~>1 million records limit at about 120 mb. (with all the data I record)

Like an constant "Auto Tune" getting data from many differ days with different Temps, Barometric pressures and humidity.
