Read the forum about the vibrations from the loose front engine mount, so I checked mine and sure enough, it was loose - not too bad yet but still loose. I removed the nut and added blue Loctite to the end of the bolt threads and also to the nut threads, then put them back together at 70 ft-lbs of torque. This job was easier than expected. Note that you will need two 1" sockets and 1 regular ratchet or universal wrench on the shifter/bolt head side (I wedged mine between the footpeg and shifter since I didn't have a helper.) and a torque wrench for the brake side. Since I have mid-controls and didn't have to mess with removing the brake pedal it was a breeze.
Then I cruised the twisties for a couple of hours.

Just curious, almost tried the same process to get the camper and lower spring out of some bent forks. Fortunately I found the right driver to extract them (a toilet plunger handle).
Bent right below where the lower tree was clamped. The intiminators sit close enough to the bore and are large enough there was no way to go through the bend whether I could get something in to drive them through or not. Chopping was definitely the only way there. The second spring (first one did just pull out) may have come out with some additional effort, but I knew it was going to need chopped anyway for the valves.

Didn't do anything today, but Monday before my 1st real ride (2nd ride) of the season, I oiled the air filter and re-installed it. It had been sitting on my workbench drying after cleaning it a couple of days ago. The first ride was only long enough to warm up the engine to change the oil last weekend. I also synchronized the new security system fob, so I now have a functional security system once again. Now I'm good to go.
