None taken.

XL forum is littered with tons of bullshit.

Yet, little factoids like this one -- well, they don't really seem to lodge in people's minds.

The problem is reading about things isn't the same as experiencing them.

Once a problem has happened to you and you have had to think about it to sort things out it sticks in your mind much better. Mind you, I forget a lot of things and have to go check on something on a daily basis. But then, I'm old.

On second thought, I shouldn't post a mean ass answer.

Chuck, in my defense, when I posted that "Some days I never drink beer or Bourbon" I presumed everyone knew I was joking.

I just find it interesting how very easy it is to trigger a few of you.

It does become a little hard as sometimes people just take you on your word.

And if I tell them a Fairbanks Morse spins CCW when looked at from the top is that BS, Beer, Bourbon or just me being old ?
They say right on the mag "CCW" but without orientation you can go wrong.

Sometimes, it's just too easy to do.

Even though I design and build my own sidecar frames I have to stop and think really hard at times when explaining trail to people.

Although, that probably is just me being old.

And it probably doesn't help that I'm the fastest two finger typist in the world.
