Well - If the fuel supply is clogged - causing a dry or low float bowl, then the enrichener may not provide any more fuel ---- Maybe try a shot of Starting Fluid (just a bit - don't drown it) into the carb when the problem starts up - That would certainly richen it up...

I would definitely check every aspect of the fuel flow - tank, petcock, fuel line, float bowl needle...

As for the curves - I probably was confused about your bike - As a stock bike, the curve 1 (most aggressive) may be alright - especially if that's what was running good for you prevously...

Thanks I'll do all that on the week of repairs.

Yes it was running great on curve 1 since 2015 where I changed to Ultima

Found the culprit!!!

It was a pinched wire under the gas tank. The insulation was worned off causing intermittent short with the frame. This wire leads to the ignition coil.

I guess the heat would make the problem worse which is when I would detect the misfire. This threw me off thinking my Ignition Module or some sort of vacuum leak.

Lesson learned from this for me that might help others...
1) Route wires properly
2). Test Ignition coil with the wire leads disconnected. I think the short I detected was because of the shorted wire and not the coil.

I have also installed a Pingle in-line fuel filter to avoid potential issue with particles from the tank.

Took the bike on a ride for about 30 minutes on a 30C day today and bike ran beautifully.

Thank you all that took the time to assist specially IXL2RELAX

Very glad you found the problem - It's a real shame when something prevents us from enjoying the fabulous thrill of riding our Sportsters....
