Well I tested this cover today and it actualy works! First I took a short trip for about 20min to adjust advence curve on the ignition. I stoped and opened the stock cover twice and when I came back the modul had 59°C (cca 138°F) and the oil had 68°C (cca 154°F) in the bag.
Then I put this fined cover on and took a bit longer trip. When I came back, the modul had 58°C (cca 136°F) and oil had 80°C (176°F).
I think this is good resoult and I didn't even put the thermal paste between the modul and the cover.

This "new" ignition is also great! Bike starts smoother and runs beter in lower rpm range. Up top I haven't noticed any difference.

And one more thing not connected with ignition... I measured head temperatures when I stoped. Rear cylinder acfualy runs cooler. At least on my bike. I measured temp on three different spots on both heads, and rear was cooler for about 2°C (cca 35°F) on all three spots...
